THERE’S A LONG WAY TO GO…

That’s right, we have all heard about sexism, ageism, racism and now Career Inside Track has defined the term 'flexism'.

Recent reports highlight the very real need for urgent workplace cultural, structural, system and institutional change, however flexible working arrangements can be difficult to implement [1, 2].  This is no longer a valid excuse for not moving forward!  We all have a responsibility to call out and do what we can to address the barriers that are holding us back, including tackling flexism head on.

WE ALL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY

We all have a role to play in achieving the seismic shifts that have to occur – both in the workplace and on the home front.

Be a champion of flexible work - build or influence a workplace that allows people to work in ways that best supports them, their lives, their talents, and delivers greater productivity, stronger teams and more opportunities for employers and employees alike.  If you are not sure where to start, download the FlexAbility Kit.
